This one (http://www.christianitytoday.com/edstetzer/2013/july/rethinking-small-churches-6-questions-to-ask-about-your.html) describes healthy ways and reasons to be a small church, as well as unhealthy ways. A good read.
Jesus gave the church some tremendous tasks, and we small churches often feel we are too small to spread his salvation in the world. But we can remember what Jonathan said, “Nothing can hinder the Lord from saving, whether by many or by few.” (1 Samuel 14:6)
